Adult Turmeric & Ginger Herbal Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon dried turmeric root
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger root
  • Optional: raw honey or lemon for taste

Directions

  • Bring water to a gentle boil.
  • Add dried turmeric and ginger roots.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  • Strain into a mug.
  • Add honey or lemon if desired.

Suggested Adult Dosage

  • Drink 1 cup once or twice daily.
  • Start with 1 cup daily to see how your body responds.
