Adult Turmeric & Ginger Herbal Tea
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon dried turmeric root
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger root
- Optional: raw honey or lemon for taste
Directions
- Bring water to a gentle boil.
- Add dried turmeric and ginger roots.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain into a mug.
- Add honey or lemon if desired.
